In search of tomorrow's change makers
It’s shiny. It’s new. It’s our graduate recruitment programme... or how we plan to get you talented people to the top of your game.
If you’re looking to learn, fantastic. If you’re looking to lead and change this industry from the inside out, even better.
We’re Publicis Worldwide UK, part of one of the biggest advertising networks in the world.
Our belief is that we’ve all got to think ahead. Us, you, brands, medias. The lot. Because the brands that succeed are those that embrace the change in the world around them.
This is the philosophy behind our mantra: Lead the Change.
Whoever you are, or aspire to be, you’re someone who challenges established beliefs and processes and is interested in how things can be improved. You embrace change.
On top of that, you’re interested in brands, communication and business, and want to know how you can make them work better.
And that’s exactly what we’re looking for.
What gets us out of bed is the urge to create ideas and strategies that make our clients’ brands unique, irreplaceable and in control.
We do this in a million different ways; utilising everything from advertising to retail marketing to digital products and services.
We currently work with over 50 different brands and, not one to blow our own trumpet, are one of the most awarded London agencies of 2016. Not bad, eh?
You’ll get a ton of training courtesy of some of the most talented people we have to offer. It’s spread over three stages:
A three-week training course in which you’ll learn just about everything you need to know about the industry, plus how to build powerful brands. Did somebody say ‘complimentary refreshments’?
After that you’ll form an ‘agency-within-an-agency’ devising your own brand strategies together. But fear not, you’ll also be supported along the way by some of the most respected and experienced people in our industry.
This is the bit where you get to dive straight into agency life, working within an agency team, directly with our clients.
Publicis Worldwide UK isn’t exactly small. With several different departments – each specialising in their own unique discipline – all under one roof, you’ll get a fully integrated training experience, working throughout the entire agency.
