Publicis UK Grad Scheme

The scheme

How long is the scheme?

The graduate programme runs from September 2018 to August 2019. If you apply, you’ll need to be available to work throughout this period (except for holidays, of course!).

How many places are there on the scheme?

We are looking for up to four graduates to join us on the scheme.

What happens at the end of the scheme?

We will be looking to offer permanent contracts to as many graduates as possible after the scheme ends, depending on performance. We will talk to you about these nearer the time.

What salary and benefits are on offer?

A competitive starting salary and lots of nice perks – 25 days of holiday each year plus your birthday off and a duvet day, subsidised gym membership, an on site café, and regular talks and social events, to name but a few.

My application

Who can apply for the scheme?

We welcome applications from all graduates who will have completed their degree by August 2018. If you don’t have a degree but do have other work experience you are still welcome to apply.

Is it possible to defer entries?

No, however we plan to run the scheme again next year so you can apply then instead. Check our website next autumn for details.

Tips for applications

We’re looking for ideas which challenge established beliefs and show us how you embrace change. We’ll be reviewing quite a few and will be looking out for applications that are original and well presented – typos are a no no!

Do I need to have work experience in an agency in order to be successful?

Not at all. Work experience in marketing shows us that you’re interested in our industry, but other experience also gives us an insight into what makes you tick, so don’t let this stop you applying.

Is there an age limit?

There’s no age limit.

When do I need to submit my application by?

Applications close at midnight on 23rd February 2018.

Can I make changes to my application content after I have submitted it?

You can update your submission content at any time up until 23rd February 2018.

When will I find out if my application has been successful?

We notify everyone around the same time and after we’ve been able to review all applications. We expect this will be in mid-March.

Will you be providing feedback to us on our applications?

Unfortunately, due to the number of applications we receive we are unable to provide feedback on individual applications.

Can I apply for the Graduate scheme if I do not have a working visa?

No, unfortunately we can only consider applications from candidates who have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the scheme.

What do I do if I have problems submitting my application?

If you have difficulties or receive an error message, please email

Interviews and assessment

What format will the assessment take?

If we shortlist your application, you’ll be contacted for a first stage telephone interview. Following that, if you’re successful, you’ll be invited into our London office for an assessment day with several other candidates. There will be some group tasks as well as a one to one interview.

Will I need to prepare anything for the assessment day?

You won’t have lots to prepare but should be ready to talk about your application in a face to face interview. Full details about the assessment day will be sent out well in advance.

What if I can’t make the assessment day?

If you are unable to make it to the assessment day we will unfortunately not be able to consider you for a place on the Graduate scheme.
